Jim Brooke represents the second generation of leadership at Brooke Rental Center, a family business with nearly five decades of experience in the event rental industry. Having grown up working alongside his father, Jim now leads the company with a commitment to growth, quality, and service. As Vice President of Hunt Country Celebrations, he is passionate about elevating the organization’s visibility and fostering a collaborative network of trusted event professionals.

Denise Lade co-owns Digital Sound Services, a DJ and entertainment company serving the wedding industry for over 30 years. As Treasurer of Hunt Country Celebrations, Denise values the opportunity to give back to a community that has supported her business. She believes collaboration among experienced, vetted professionals is one of the greatest strengths of the group and the industry as a whole.

Genevieve Haralson brings a well-rounded background in catering, venue execution, floral design, and planning to her work as a lead planner. With over a decade in the industry, she is known for blending tradition with elevated guest experiences. As a board member of Hunt Country Celebrations, Genevieve values collaboration as a planner, noting that learning from fellow vendors allows her to serve clients with greater insight, confidence, and creativity.

With more than 20 years in the events industry, Elizabeth Kim brings extensive experience in planning, design, hospitality, PR, and operations. As Board Operations Manager for Hunt Country Celebrations, she supports organizational structure, unity, and growth. Elizabeth is passionate about collaboration as a way to elevate businesses, strengthen trust, and create meaningful, lasting celebrations for clients and communities alike.

A proud Loudoun County native, Amy Cross-Monroe brings more than 25 years of hospitality and tourism experience to the wedding industry. Known for her deep community involvement, Amy has served on numerous local boards and advisory committees. As a long-standing member and board participant of Hunt Country Celebrations, she is committed to collaboration, trust, and strengthening relationships that elevate both vendors and client experiences.

Rita Baker is the co-founder and creative director of Bakerture Photo & Video, now celebrating over a decade of capturing weddings through still imagery and film. As Education Committee Chair, Rita is dedicated to providing meaningful learning opportunities that support both business growth and personal development. She values collaboration as a way to strengthen skills, expand perspective, and create more seamless, elevated wedding experiences.

Rosanna Funiciello Smith has spent over 20 years collecting antiques and entered the wedding industry in 2011 through published editorial work. As the owner of Bella Villa Antiques & Vintage Rentals, she brings character, history, and design-forward storytelling to events. On the HCC board, Rosanna brings a detail-oriented and design-conscious perspective to HCC and serves as an ambassador for collaboration, community, and mutual support among industry professionals.

Founded in 2008, Stephanie Leigh Photography & Design reflects Stephanie Newberger’s dedication to storytelling, connection, and craftsmanship. As a board member, she brings industry experience, an outgoing spirit, and a collaborative mindset, valuing the relationships and creative partnerships that elevate both her work and the wider wedding community. Stephanie believes collaboration and visibility are essential to success, and values HCC as a space where high-quality professionals support one another both personally and professionally.

As the owner and chandler of Loudoun Wicks, Kristi enjoys creating products that are both beautiful and thoughtfully crafted. In her role as Website & Social Media Committee Chair for Hunt Country Celebrations, she works closely with members to showcase their work and strengthen the organization’s digital presence. She values collaboration as both a creative outlet and an essential support system for small business owners.

David Greenspoon officiated his first wedding in 1994 and has spent decades guiding couples through meaningful life moments. With a background rooted in service and community leadership, David values the trust placed in him on wedding days. Through his role on the Hunt Country Celebrations board, he supports the organization with a strong digital presence and a belief in collaboration built on respect, trust, and lasting professional relationships.

With more than 50 years of experience as a baker, Wanda Lord-Steele is a founding member of Hunt Country Celebrations and a long-time leader within the organization. After transitioning from teaching to designing specialty cakes and wedding cakes, she built a beloved business centered on craftsmanship and client joy. As an Emeritus Board Member, Wanda continues to champion collaboration and proudly supports fellow vetted members as clients build their vendor teams.
