The MCC is a non-profit event venue providing cultural, educational, social activities and programs to enrich the lives of the people within since 1946. An historic icon in the center of the Village of Middleburg, our beautiful Georgian style building and its grounds are available to rent for private events including corporate meetings, weddings, and any number of other parties and functions.
Middleburg’s best kept secret, the MCC is an historic property with a secret garden for ceremonies, a patio for cocktails, a grand ballroom with a stage and soaring ceiling – even a place for your youngest guests to enjoy.
We used this venue for our wedding and could not have been happier. The site was beautiful and prepared exactly the way that we requested. When we wanted something that logistically just wouldn't fit, the Staff offered helpful suggestions that made everything flow perfectly and looked great.
We got tons of compliments on the site! They were extremely flexible and were able to calm lots of pre-wedding nerves by problem-solving issues quickly. Working with the events staff was the best experience we could have asked for in a venue and the venue itself was gorgeous in all of our pictures.
We got married outside and had our reception in the ballroom. They were quick to respond when I had questions and were always willing to work with me. I thought they were wonderful. It was the best place for us to get married. A beautiful location that will leave us with a lot of memories.
The MCC was perfect for our daughter's wedding reception. She and her fiance were looking for a site with character, history and charm. The beautiful ballroom with its high ceiling and dramatic draperies was just the place. We were able to have great atmosphere at a lower cost than other venues.
The historical building is just stunning. In addition to its entirely reasonable cost (which includes tables and chairs), the venue is yours until midnight for a flat rate. We loved having the freedom to fully customize our entire reception from food to décor.I cannot recommend the MCC highly enough!
