JOIN HUNT COUNTRY CELEBRATIONS
Wedding professionals and venues serving Northern Virginia and the greater DMV are invited to apply for membership with Hunt Country Celebrations. We’re proud to bring together experienced, trusted professionals who share a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and creating exceptional experiences for couples and their guests.
Every applicant goes through an application and vetting process designed to ensure our community reflects the quality and professionalism Hunt Country Celebrations stands for.
To join, new members must be in business for a minimum of three years, or two years with at least five years of experience. Additional requirements include obtaining three current HCC members as sponsors; attend two HCC meetings (one is required but no more than two as a non-member); committee service is required. Our membership is also limited to eight members in all categories, the exception being in the venue category where we are limited to 16 members. Members may be included in secondary categories if they meet the membership criteria.
All local vendors interested in applying are subject to a non-refundable application fee.

Category Availability
We are currently at capacity in our Photography & Videography and Event Planner categories. If you’d like to join the waitlist for either category, please complete the application below but do not submit the application fee at this time.
Our waitlist is first come, first served. If an opening becomes available for the upcoming membership year, we’ll reach out in the order applications were received.
