Meet Laura Keith Macario: The Vision Behind ACG
With a background in music and drama, Laura Keith Macario, owner and president of ACG, found her way into the event industry through the creative side of performance. Her passion for bringing events to life led her to build one of the region’s premier event production companies. After living in Florida and California, and now Virginia, Laura has spent 48 years shaping ACG into a trusted name in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
The Inspiration Behind the Business
For Laura, nothing is more rewarding than seeing happy faces and real interactions at an event. That joy fuels her passion for event production and drives ACG’s commitment to excellence. Whether it’s a wedding, a corporate gala, or a theatrical performance, ACG ensures that every detail is executed flawlessly.
A Business Built on Creativity and Innovation
ACG is more than just an event production company—it’s a one-stop shop for lighting, sound equipment, A/V, draping, and specialty items. With a showroom and warehouse filled with top-tier event solutions, ACG provides everything needed to bring a vision to life. Their team prides itself on thinking outside the box and offering custom solutions tailored to each event.
Beyond the Business
Beyond her work at ACG, Laura finds joy in spending time outdoors and on the water. She is an avid scuba diver, sailor, and glamper, always seeking new adventures. Her personal life is just as full as her professional one—she is the proud mother of four strong, capable daughters, a grandmother to six wonderful grandchildren, and a devoted dog owner.
