What to consider when planning your wedding transporation
Your wedding day has finally arrived! You’ve planned and completed everything – from timelines for ceremony preparation, to seating plans at reception; but what about those who will be riding with you on this ride into bliss Don’t overlook transportation when planning your wedding. Here are a few important things to consider.
Wedding Party Arrival
Consider providing transportation to bridesmaids, groomsmen, and family members who are part of your wedding processional. Having them arrive at the ceremony location at the same time will minimize late arrivals on your big day. This is especially important if your “getting ready” location is offsite.
Make it fun by booking a luxury party bus or stretch limo, so that everyone get start the celebrations before they arrive.
The Fairytale Wedding Transportation
For a classic entrance, consider an elegant horse drawn carriage. This is sure to create the perfect picturesque scene. Just make sure to schedule some time before or immediately after the ceremony to take photos on the carriage.
If you have many out of town guests, consider providing transportation by way of a a luxury coach or mini bus that has been decorated in the theme of your wedding. This works well if most of your guests are staying at the same hotel. They will need transportation from the hotel to your wedding ceremony, and to the wedding reception (if it’s at a different location) then back to the hotel.

If you’re thinking of a perfect exit, there is no better option than driving off in style. Consider a vintage car like a Beetle or a swanky vintage convertible Mercedes – just make sure that it’s bedecked with flowers and a “just married” sign!
